Bitte senden Sie das vollständig ausgefüllte Anmeldeformular sowie folgende Unterlagen (gilt jeweils für Sängerin/Sänger und Pianistin/Pianist):

• Lebenslauf mit Angaben zu Ausbildung und Lehrern, bisherigen Auftritten/Engagements, Auszeichnungen und Preisen etc.
   
• Foto (mit Namen auf der Rückseite)
   
• Kopie eines offiziellen Dokuments (Personalausweis/Pass) mit Angabe von Nationalität, Geburtsort und Geburtsdatum
   
• Auflistung des Wettbewerb-Repertoires (mit genauen Angaben zur jeweiligen Länge der Lieder), das eingereichte Repertoire ist verbindlich und kann nachträglich nicht mehr verändert werden
   
• Quittung der Überweisung der Anmeldegebühr in Kopie

Anmeldungen können nur akzeptiert werden, wenn diese wie auch die Anmeldegebühr vollständig und fristgerecht bis spätestens
15. Juli 2012, 23:59 MESZ eingetroffen sind. Sämtliche Unterlagen werden vertraulich behandelt. Nach Eingang der Teilnahmegebühr wird die Anmeldung schriftlich bestätigt und erlangt damit Rechtsgültigkeit. Teilnehmer aus Ländern, deren devisenrechtliche Bestimmungen eine Überweisung nicht erlauben, können die Teilnahmegebühr nach ihrer Ankunft in Stuttgart im Wettbewerbsbüro entrichten. Die Teilnahmegebühr wird nicht zurückerstattet. Die eingeschickten Dokumente werden nicht zurück­geschickt oder -erstattet.

REGISTRATION

Both singers and pianists should send the completed registration form together with the following documents:

• Curriculum vitae with specification of education and teachers, previous performances/ engagements, awards and prizes etc.
   
• Photo (with name written on the back)
   
• Copy of an official document (identity card/passport) that shows your nationality, place and date of birth
   
• List of the repertoire for the competition (with exact specification of the length of each song), the submitted repertoire is binding and cannot be subsequently altered
   
• Copy of the registration fee receipt

Applications that arrive after the closing date, or that do not contain all the required material, will not be considered by the Committee. All documents will be treated as strictly confidential. All candidates who sent in a complete application and submitted the application fee in time are invited to attend the preliminary round. They will receive a confirmation of participation with which the application gains legal validity. Candidates coming from countries where a bank transfer is not possible due to exchange control legislation may pay the registration fee at their arrival in Stuttgart in the Competition Office. The registration fee will not be refunded.
